About This Course
Building a bridge between cognitive, affective, behavioral and somatic approaches to promote mental health, this course incorporates didactic and experiential content to introduce the foundational principles, theoretical maps and somatically based interventions of Embodied Recovery for Attachment Repair (ERAR). By facilitating embodied attachment repair in the therapeutic context, ERAD increases the effectiveness of evidenced-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, DBT, CBT, Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. ..
