About This Course
This course incorporates didactic and experiential content to explore the Embodied Recovery for Attachment Repair (ERAR) approach. Building a bridge between cognitive, affective, behavioral and somatic approaches to promote mental health, ERAD helps deepen the therapeutic relationship and increase the effectiveness of evidenced-based approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, DBT, CBT, Somatic Experiencing and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. ..
